Whether you’re starting a new fitness regime, keen to learn a new sport or you just want to have some fun with the family, our 3-court sports hall has something for everyone. The sports hall is available daily, offering a wide range of activities including:

* Basketball
* Netball
* Volleyball
Available for casual or regular let, bookings for beginners, clubs, schools, competitions and special events including birthday parties. The games hall can be used for separate games, and activities. Please check availability in advance.

CLUBS
The Leisure centre is home to the Assynt Indoor Bowling club. Established approximately 4 years ago the club meet every Monday evening from 8pm-10pm, Sept - May and regularly travel to compete in local competitions as well as hosting their own tournament here at the centre every November.
There is also a ladies group who meet every Monday at 2pm throughout the Autumn to Spring season for those looking to enjoy the game at a more casual pace. Both groups welcome new members regardless of experience or ability.
FITNESS CLASSES
Looking for an alternative to the gym? Why not try one of our fitness classes which include Aerobics, Weighting to Change, and the recently introduced Spinning. Classes suit a variety of fitness levels - a member of staff or one of our instructors would be happy to advise on which is the one for you.
WEIGHTING TO CHANGE
Fridays 12pm Autumn to spring, dates TBC
A gentle, low-impact circuit-training exercise class, which includes cardiovascular, strengthening, balance and co-ordination exercises designed to give you a thorough 30-minute workout. You work at your own pace and the class is suitable for people of all levels of fitness. No booking required.
SPINNING
Thursday 6pm and 7pm - 11 places available per class.
Aerobic exercise on a specially designed stationary bicycle. Pedal to motivating music and follow the instructor as he guides you through this fast-paced, fat-burning exercise. Booking essential.
AEROBICS
Tuesday 10am and 6pm
Fat-burning aerobic workout to music, full-body conditioning for the legs, upper body, abdominals and buttocks. Suits all ages and abilities. No need to book.
